These terms govern use of the MindHunter application (the “Service”). By registering or signing in, you accept these terms.
1. Purpose
The Service provides tools for self-reflection, psychoeducation, chat with an AI assistant, practices, and progress tracking. It is not medical care or telemedicine.
2. Age and responsibility
The Service is intended for persons 18+. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for decisions made based on Service materials.
3. Account
You agree to keep access confidential and not share your account with third parties. We may restrict access in cases of abuse, security threats, or legal violations.
4. Content and AI
Replies are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. It is prohibited to use the Service to harm yourself or others, circumvent the law, spam, or attempt hacking.
5. Payment
Some features may be paid. Payment and refund terms are shown on the checkout page. Without payment, the service may run in a limited mode.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is published in the app with an update date. Continued use after changes means you agree to the new version.
